02. Orders that are successfully placed will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

03. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us right away at team@brandedboxes.co.uk We will be unable to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.

04. Please double-check that you have entered the correct address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to address errors that you provide. We will refund the original order if an order is returned due to an error in our processes.

Getting stuff to you outside the UK

If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

Refunds Policy

While we hope that you love your branded Boxes product, we know that sometimes you may find an issues with your custom box order upon delivery, please promptly inform us so that we can initiate an investigation as required by UK returns regulations. 

All printed stock is non-returnable due to the bespoke nature of the print. 

We do not offer refunds due to customer mistakes when ordering, so please double check that you have ordered the correct size and quantity of boxes, and that you have placed the correct logo in the correct position on the box. 

Orders can be cancelled prior to manufacturing but please be aware that cancellations will incur a £40 administrative charge.

In the event that your order arrives in a damaged or unsatisfactory condition, please contact brandedboxes@gmail.com, and include your order number and a photo of the item showing the damage. We handle such cases on an individual basis and will make every effort to find a satisfactory resolution. We will notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected. If it is authorised your refund will be processed within 14 days and credited to your original mode of payment.



Quantity Variations – We shall be deemed to have fulfilled our contract by delivery of a quantity within 10% plus or minus of the quantity of printed goods ordered and you will be charged at the contract rate for the quantity delivered.
